PRODUCT CHANGES

Changes can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Completion of your change takes place within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date you submit the change request.

The product change request must be made by phone at 211 421 6793.

Any product change is accepted if the following conditions apply:

  • The product is in its original packaging condition.
  • The product is not worn (due to its nature - for hygiene reasons)
  • The product is not soiled, washed or damaged.
  • The product is accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (purchase receipt or invoice).

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case you receive defective or different from the product of your order, you can contact sisnbro.gr within three (3) days from the date of receipt, at 211 421 6793.

Sisnbro.gr will make a replacement and the costs will be borne by our company.

Your change will be completed within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date you submitted your request.

WITHDRAWAL / MONEY RETURNS

Any refund for refundable products is accepted if the following conditions apply:

  • The product is in its original condition with its packaging
  • The product is not soiled, washed or damaged.
  • The product is not worn (due to its nature - for hygiene reasons)
  • The product is accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (purchase receipt or invoice).

Refunds are made only with our cooperating company ACS Courier. The package you will send us must include a form that will state: Name, Telephone, Bank, Beneficiary Name and IBAN Bank Account.

The cost of returning the products for a refund is borne by the customer (4 € will be deducted in total from the value of the products you return). Upon receipt of the parcel by us, a check is made for the condition of the products and within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) we make a deposit (return) to your bank account.

In case you request a refund of the products and a refund due to a defect in the products you received, our company will refund the amount you paid to your account within 14 working days, without any charge for you for the shipping.

Refunds are made through NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE. In case you have another bank, the transaction costs are shared by both parties.

In case you wish to use ANOTHER POST OFFICE, you will be charged with the corresponding charges that each other transportation company charges. The parcel or product until it reaches us is at your own risk for any loss or damage.
